Congratulations to presenters whose abstracts have been accepted for SINTEKMAR 2026. This OJS portal is the official platform for submitting your full paper after abstract acceptance.

Please prepare your manuscript using the official template, register or log in to OJS, complete your metadata carefully, and finish your submission before the announced deadline.

Accepted presenters submit final PPT/PPTX/PDF through the dedicated presentation portal, not through OJS.

Full Paper Submission Guide for Accepted Presenters

Authors who have never submitted through OJS may follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare the manuscript. Download the official full paper template from the main conference website and ensure that the manuscript follows the required format.
  2. Create an OJS account. Click Register on this portal if you do not already have an account. Please use an active email address, preferably the corresponding author's email.
  3. Log in. After registration, click Login using your own username and password.
  4. Start a new submission. Select Make a New Submission and complete the submission checklist.
  5. Upload your full paper. Upload the completed manuscript file in Microsoft Word format according to the conference template.
  6. Complete the metadata. Enter the paper title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author email carefully. Metadata must match the uploaded manuscript.
  7. Confirm and finish submission. Review all information, then click Finish Submission. A manuscript is not submitted to the committee until this final confirmation is completed.
  8. Monitor your account and email. Information regarding review, revision, or publication status will be communicated through OJS and/or official committee channels.
